PrideStaff is currently seeking an ideal candidate with interest and experience in Administration and Support of Human Resources Department as well as other related department and staff within the organization.

This is a temp-hire opening.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include, though are not limited to:
  • Acts as primary HR assistant for Human Resources and Risk Management Departments
  • Answers benefit questions and processes or assists in the processing of Leave of Absences, SDI, Paid Family Leave processes and the use of PTO.
  • Assists in identifying, investigating and resolving employee issues under the direction of HR/Risk Mgt. Director.
  • Responsible for written material completion, coordination (types, organizes, copies, sorts, etc.) and distribution as assigned.
  • Enters information into company data systems as assigned. Upon request, analyzes researches and/or identifies information needed and runs reports as requested.
  • Maintains computer based tracking system as assigned (e.g. employee required documentation, performance evaluation lists, etc.).
  • Processes forms.
  • Orders Company Supplies as per approval.
  • Responsible for both incoming and outgoing mail. Take mail to post office as needed.
  • Acts as primary receptionist for the corporate office. Receives visitors and routes them to appropriate personnel. Takes and distributes messages.
  • Maintenance for office equipment, and distributes incoming faxes, orders office supplies as designated.
  • Assists in the coordination of special events and/or employee communications as assigned.
  • Reviews, evaluates, identifies and recommends additional efficiency processes for HR/Risk Mgt. and other corporate departments
  • Provides support for website, implements social media notices.
  • Updates hard copy and web based Company Manuals and forms as needed.

    PrideStaff hiring requirements:
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to provide at least 3 professional references and contact information from prior supervisors or managers.
