We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Manufacturing Associates.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Our Client, a major manufacturer in Westfield, IN is looking for Manufacturing Associates to function as Machine Operators and Assemblers for Evaluation Hire Assignments. During your assignment you will have access to benefits that can include medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, holiday pay, and earned vacation time. DUTIES: *Associates could be assembling pieces of machinery, fitting parts together. * Associates could be responsible for monitoring and operating( finished product only, no program or set up required) different types of machinery such as lathes, punch press and milling machines. * Associates will be responsible for quality control of materials that are produced by machines or hand assembled. * Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience in machine operating desired, or prior experience working in a manufacturing environment and trainable. * They should maintain a sense of urgency to complete work quickly, efficiently and accurately. * They must be willing to pitch in and help, as necessary: cleaning up, assembling parts, general labor. * They will be on their feet all day and must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently.
