Vacant Apartment Cleaning

We are in need of a house cleaner who will do a thorough cleaning of a 2BR/1Bath apartment (approx. 1, 200 sq. ft.) on Munjoy Hill in Portland on Friday afternoon, July 31st. There are hardwood floors and no carpets in the apartment. We need the following: bathroom tile and all fixtures cleaned, kitchen fixtures cleaned including fridge, oven and stove pans, kitchen cabinets inside and out, vacuum and mop wood floors, dust mini blinds, etc. Please touch base with availability and rate, as well as references.
