Jr. Recruiter needed for our client in Riverside. 2+ years experience in full cycle recruitment. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Seeking a Jr. Recruiter that is driven and can handle multiple personalities with ease. This position requires a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Management with concentration in HR.
This is a temp to hire opportunity, Shift- 8AM to 5PM, starting pay is $20hr
Job duties:

Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to speak with any and all levels of external and internal clientele.







Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.

Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.

Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty

2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.

Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.






Education:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management with concentration in HR.

HS diploma or equivalent
