About this job

Location: The heart of downtown Ann Arbor!
Our call center is in the Liberty St & State St area

Hours of Work:
Our call center is open 7 days per week.
10-20 hours/week will be scheduled within the hours of 8 AM - 12 PM. Anyone with open availability may receive more hours, booked between 12-11 PM.

Pay & Benefits:
$12.00 / hour base rate - increasing to $13.00/hour on January 1st!
Up to $1.50 / hour worked in peak season bonuses
4 nights of free camping!

Start Date:
November 20, 2015. 4 days of paid training will begin on Friday, November 20th.
Training will run from 12 - 8 PM on November 20th, 9 AM - 5 PM on the 21st and 22nd, and 12 - 8 PM on the 23rd.

We'll have an identical training session starting work on Friday, December 4th.

Our final session of the year will train from Monday, December 14th - Friday, December 18th, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Reports To: Call Center Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing

-Answering inbound calls from Michigan State Parks campersa
-Processing reservations/changes/cancellations using proprietary software
-Checking campers into their park via a remote telephone system
-Answering questions about park availability and camping policies
-Multitasking and using numerous software programs
-Adhering to quality and efficiency targets

What You'll Bring to the Role:

-A friendly, professional demeanor
-Computer literacy and a typing speed of approximately 45 WPM
