As an RN you will have the opportunity to:
Create a caring and healing environment that keeps the patient and family at the center of care Work with state-of-the-art technology Experience interdisciplinary relationships & collaboration Have autonomy for decisions affecting professional practice Promote evidence-based practice and quality initiatives Qualifications: This position requires a bachelor's degree in Nursing or completion of accredited applied science degree program in Nursing. Candidates will possess a valid Ohio RN license and ability to obtain BLS and any other relevent certification as required by department. Work experience will include 1-3 years of nursing in an acute care environment. Critical care experience preferred.
About Mount Carmel East: Located off Interstate 270 near Port Columbus International Airport, Mount Carmel East opened in 1972 to serve the needs of the rapidly growing population on the east side of Columbus. Over the years, the campus underwent major expansions which added open heart surgery and nearly doubled the size of the emergency and maternity departments. Mount Carmel East now has 392 beds, 22,000 admissions and 83,000 emergency visits.
