About this job

Looking for a full-time receptionist to work 35-40 hours per week in a moderate size financial advisory office.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering the phone, greeting clients, filing, and basic word processing.
- Candidate will welcome clients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or referring inquiries
- Setting up client appointments and documenting within our client relationship management software.
- Light processing of client paperwork and other client requests.
- Coordinating vendor training and other events
- This position has great potential for growth as our office continues to grow
Job Requirements:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Good overall computer skills
- Prior professional office experience preferred
- Able to multi-task in a busy office environment
- Reliable transportation
- Prior financial office experience desired but not required
Hours: 9:00 - 4:30 M-F
