Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager

BASIC FUNCTION:
The function of the Inside Sales Representative is to provide direct support to the Sales Managers in the ongoing development of prospective customers to ensure that the sales department is able to meet its growth targets.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
The following are principal duties of the Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager
Leadership and Management
• Represent Bright Vision Marketing, our clients and our retail partners in a positive and professional manner.
• Work with all personnel and outside contacts (network) to satisfy clients and achieve company goals.
• Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions.
• Arrive to work and meetings on time and prepared
• Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner
• Perform all job duties to fullest potential
• Maintain a student mentality
• Assist with expansion plans
Inside Sales
• Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for Managers
• Develop quotations in cooperation with the Team Leader/Manager based on identified sales strategy and information collected from customer or partners as assigned
• Conduct ongoing customer needs, analysis, and research of customer requirements through first party resources.
• Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular customer review calls as per customer review procedure and follow up as necessary
• Assist in customer escalation as per escalation procedure
• Perform routine follow up calls as per renewal procedure to hit Renewal Sales Goals
• Assist in completing sales projects including proposals and marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring that:
• All of the duties of the position are completed as per the job description
• Sales goals are met daily and weekly and sales strategies are performed accurately
• Collecting and reporting post sales customer information and issues
• Becoming a student to the Bright Vision Marketing process so that next steps can include Team Leader and potential Management roles
• Assisting Team Leaders and Sales Managers on an as needed basis

COMPENSATION AND MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE:
The following will be used to evaluate and compensate the performance of the Inside Sales Representative/Account Managers:
• Guaranteed base pay + uncapped commission
• Potential for additional bonus incentives based on department and company performance
• Employee benefits/vacation/travel/company events

Requirements
• At least one year of Sales experience or experience in a leadership or management role
• BS/BA in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Word Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of social media networks
• Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 8:30pm, Saturday 9:30am-6pm or Sunday 10am-6pm
• BS/BA in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
