About this job
This position is responsible for the design of all monthly reports for customers and for internal data analysis. Manages customer data and in-house operational reporting. Works with third party vendors as relates to CRM and data. Teams with department heads to understand their requirements from reporting and portal. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to draw financial pictures that assist in operations and in customer satisfaction. Please only respond if you have data report management experience. You must be expert in Excel and Quick Books, and proficient in your experience with CRMs.
