Technical Project Manager / Agile - Permanent Job - Full-time / Part-time

Technical Project Manager-Agile needed for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Edison, NJ.

Top Skills Should You Possess:

- Fluent in the Java and/or .NET Framework and programming languages, as well as relational database designs and solutions utilizing SQL server
- Five to nine (5-9) years of experience with SDLC within a financial services environment - life insurance vertical a plus
- Demonstrated experience in Agile based project management and software development

What You'll Be Doing:

- Help assess requirements, design software solutions to business problems, and oversee a team of developers who implement those designs.
- Manages most technical aspects during the SDLC including system enhancements, testing, implementation, and auditing and acts as a point of escalation for complex technical problem solving.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams including new design, project planning, code reviews, and first line of support for product problem resolution
- Supply technical and project leadership to extremely technical and complex projects/initiatives and drive them to completion
- Code within a development team
- Work directly with leadership to ensure client provides unsurpassed solution and products
- Communicate project status, technical risks, challenges, and solutions to leadership on an ongoing basis

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Five to nine (5-9) years of experience with SDLC within a financial services environment - life insurance vertical a plus
- Demonstrated programming expertise in either Java or C#.NET (Exposure with ExtJS or JavaScript a plus)
- Demonstrated experience in Agile based project management and software development
