Our Saratoga print and scan lab is a high-tech environment looking for an impressive leader to manage the store and drive sales and profitability and production.Although the store is profitable, this is a turnaround situation to some degree and we are looking for a multi-talented person who can sell, manage and drive production.To do this job well, you must have the time to dedicate. Plan on 60 hour weeks for at least the first few months. Be prepared to learn how to sell better, manage better and be at the leading edge of scanning and printing technology.We are open to a variety of applicants, however a proven record of hard work and dedication is important for the success of both parties. If you are a recent graduate, your school, extracurricular, sports and work experience will be extremely important.In exchange for your hard work, you will be well compensated with a salary and bonus program that a top achiever will easily earn between $60-$90,000 per year.This environment is fun, creative and you will do really great things for families and our community history. SALES:

Engage with local business owners, managers and the community and do business with them.
Market our business internally and externally every day.
Ensure items are in-stock.
Ensure items are priced right.

OPERATIONS:

You manage and prioritize the workflow of the store.
You measure the performance and report it accurately.
You reward and re-train as needed to get excellent results every day.
You teach and coach so the store runs well no matter where you might be.
All legal requirements are met at all times.
Ensure team and store compliance with company policies and procedures.
Become an expert in all of our processes.
Understands and teaches how operational execution directly affects the customer experience.

You must have technology skills enough to be able to work with people of all skill level in software, iPhoto, iPhones and file transfers. Your video background is helpful if you work in a Photoshop, camera store, print or copy shop then your skills will transfer easily to our lab.

Compensation consists of salary, commissions and bonuses. Benefits included.

Limited travel required. Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds using safe methods.

$50,000 annual salary base pay, bonus/commission up to $2,000 per month
