REM North Dakota is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist with the recruiting and onboarding of employees, employee orientation and training. The HR Coordinator reviews safety management implementation and assists with the delivery of best practices. This individual will also review and maintain employee records, ensure compliance with regulatory and Network standards, and serve as an HR liaison and communication funnel between field and states offices.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two (2) years related experience required
  • Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
