We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Recruiter.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

The Experis Financial Institution Business Services Center of Expertise (Experis FSI COE) is comprised of specialty Recruiters whose sole focus is sourcing resources for the financial services sector. We pride ourselves in placing industry leaders/ resources for the most niche financial services positions. Our Recruiters partner with top tier FSI Leaders to support thought leadership, project consulting, professional resourcing and direct hire needs.
Experis FSI COE is seeking a highly qualified Recruiting professional in downtown Chicago, IL. Due to growth, the COE FSI Recruiter will support our national practice areas. The COE FSI Recruiter must possess 5 years recruiting experience and a proven track record sourcing talent for the financial services industry. The COE FSI Recruiter must have hands on experience tailoring and deploying solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute strategic sourcing, behavioral interviewing, facilitate selection decisions through phone/personal interviews and extend closing offers
Develop and build external client relationships and have the ability to respond quickly and effectively to client resource needs

Requirements:
Proven recruiting experience in financial services sector required, preferably in the banking industry
Possess and maintain working knowledge of relevant industry changes and their impact
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Experis FSI COE offers a base salary and monthly commission.
