Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Answering a multiple-line phone with excellent phone etiquette and engaging attitude
- Take detailed messages
- Greeting clients with a smile
- Managing supervisor's calendar
- Coordinate, schedule, organize, and confirm appointments and meetings
- Preparation of correspondence
- Client sign-ups and providing translation for Spanish-speaking clients
- Scanning , faxing, copying, and filing of documents
