Contract Recruiter - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Contract Recruiter.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Looking for the right candidate for large international corporation located in the Madison County area, to fill the role of a contract recruiter. Must possess exceptional client service skills, extensive experience in sourcing qualified candidates through all aspects of social recruiting (data mining, cold calling, online databases, social media, internal database, employee referrals, career fairs). Possess the ability to evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities and other data pertinent to determine if the candidate is qualified for certain opportunities.

Conduct interviews, provide applicants with all necessary information on company, benefits, and organization structure, ability to understand candidate motivations to influence candidate decision making, administer reference checks, schedule interviews for hiring managers, extend formal job offers, manage applicant tracking system. All candidates must possess, at minimum, Associates Degree - Bachelor's Degree preferred in HR, BA or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years experience in full life-cycle recruiting, minimum of one-year experience utilizing social media, job boards and applicant tracking systems, detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills, multi-task oriented, possess strong initiatives and solid judgment abilities/skills.
