Your primarily responsible will be for the effective delivery and design of training programs and materials across the organization from an individual who will keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in several functional areas. This will be done in accordance with management and functional leaders to gather information on business needs to design instructor led, Web-based and e-learning training including training processes and procedures. Identifying training needs for facilitator guides as wells as train the trainer sessions by gathering Web-based techniques and interactive learning strategies. As a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines.Be able to use a structured instructional design approach to design and create training program courseware and materials as well as to refine and revise existing programs when needed. Design new training program courseware and materials from concept to implementation ready. Must be able to lead design and development projects with project teams consisting of participants from the training department, internal client operations groups, external client representatives and subject matter experts.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Applies a systems approach to curriculum design, re-design and development
Participates in the planning, development, and evaluation of learning programs from new hire training materials supporting ongoing learning and professional development of our operations and  learner audiences
Define learning objectives
Creates or converts existing instructor-led curriculum into an online learning format
Effectively conduct needs analysis for curriculum build and training proposals
Design and develop training instructor led and computer based curriculum

Requirements


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in applicable field of instructional design and technology preferred.  Equivalent bachelor's degree or work experience will be considered
2 or more years of experience designing Web-based training in a corporate environment
3 or more years of experience working in an instructional design role
1 or more years of experience conducting classroom training and/or seminar/workshop topics
Proven experience with Camtasia, Articulate Suite, Storyline, Engage or equivalent online learning development tools
Experience with incorporating multiple media elements in to learning programs including audio, video, animation, simulation, and self-developed graphics
Experience in conducting learning analysis
Experience in building engaging, effective online learning programs and tools using current and successful strategies
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and Visio
Preferred Qualifications:

Proven ability to produce quality results using rapid development models and tools
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and fact-based decision making abilities
Strong time management, planning skills
Highly motivated, eager to make a difference in the learning process
Very creative and looking for an opportunity to apply this creativity in the form of interactions, media inclusion and motivation strategies to produce unique and successful learning programs
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
Demonstrates effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills and drives for results individually and in a team setting
