Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is currently accepting resumes for Customer Care staff at our South Chandler Store. We are looking for FUN, ENERGETIC, and OUTGOING self-starters who enjoy working with the public, especially children!
Ideal candidates will possess a natural ability to talk with customers, help them in anyway possible, always have a smile , has the ability to explain things in a professional fun manner and makes our customer feel that they are the most important people to us (Because they are!). Has the ability to multi task at all times, answering multi phone lines, this is a FAST pace, interactive position in which you are on your feet and attention to detail is a must. Ability to take initiative to independently solve problems are of paramount importance. This is not a position that warrants constant supervision, but instead requires employees to make educated decisions on their own and provide personalized attention to our customers. It is fast paced and requires strong multi-tasking skills. You need to have the ability to work a PC/mouse and the ability to type in customer information while talking to them.
This position will handle in coming sales calls from people interested in our swim school, as well as face to face for those that stop in to see our facility. You will handling enrolling a customer, setting up billing and scheduling their child for lessons.
Other duties include
Helping re-schedule lessons and schedule make up lessons
Keeping the facility clean and professional at all times
Giving tours to new families
Helping solve any customer issues, concerns they may have.
We want to stress that this is a interactive position, we are looking for dedicated working people with strong work ethics, you are expected to work your schedule. We expect you to be most professional, friendly person you can be. Your attitude and mindset must always be how can we make the greatest experience for the customer
We are looking to fill mainly weekday afternoon/evening shifts, as well as Saturday mornings. There may be a few morning shifts open but limited.
