Hickory Trail Hospital provides inpatient and day treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Our professional staff individualizes care to uniquely fit the intensity and severity of each client's case and their family's needs. Because crisis occurs at all times of the day and night, our services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Hickory Trail has a Dietary Cook/ Aide position open in the Dietary department. This includes food preparation, cooking, serving and storage, taking inventory, cleaning grill, stove, and kitchen. Following hospital Policies and Procedures and adhering to requirements established by the State and Federal guidelines.

High School or GED. At least one year food service experience preferable in a hospital environment. Ability to prepare foods for food line service with dietary restrictions. Ability to clean and store all food prep items and including food storage. Must have or be willing to get Food Handler permit within first 30 days of employment. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Fast paced environment.
