Call Center Inbound

We are currently seeking several individuals for long term temp positions to work in our clients Customer Care Center, where you will be a valuable member of a team delivering superior performance and exceeding customers' expectations.

Position Summary:

-Take inbound calls assisting the customer
- Upselling add on products when appropriate
- Process orders
- Resolve customers issues
- Manage customers' accounts
- Operates a computers system to conduct basic tracking
- Other duties as assigned

Skills, Qualifications, and Call to Action
--Previous Call Center experience preferred, but not required.
--Strong Customer Service Skills a plus!
--Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug testing
--Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--Must have a good work history
--Must be available to work Saturday and/or Sunday.
--Must have "perfect" attendance during 3 week training period.
