Customer Service Call Center - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service Call Center.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

LOs base pay is $11.54-15.54 depending on licensing, and then they have several ways to earn incentives: pre-qualifications, closed files, and customer service bonuses. They can make $60,000 average, and we have had some make $80-100k+. A busy on line mortgage company is looking for customer service people with or without experience, the client would still start you in the call center so you can understand how everything works for the company. So if it's someone who has to jump right into a higher salary position then they would probably not be ready for that. You would start in the call center and don't have to have experience. The client would help with additional licensing for Utah and other states. Basically, they just need to be smart and comfortable on the computer and phone. They can work their way from the call center to loan officer. It's as good as or better than getting a college education and can become a great career. We provide the leads. Also, interested if you have someone with funding or closing experience. Pay depends on experience, but is $15+/hour with some bonuses.
