Customer Service Representative – Parts Dept.

Description

Pridestaff, a national staffing company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a progressive and dynamic company in Salt Lake City. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hard working individual with a positive attitude!
  • Answering telephone call inquiries and promoting a company's products and services.
  • Answering customer questions about products
  • Stocking parts and merchandise
  • Helping customers find products in the store
  • Completing sales transaction over the counter



    Customer Service Representative - Parts Dept.

    Requirements
  • Must have 1-2 years of retail experience
  • Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent
  • Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Typing 35 wpm
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to present 2 business references
  • Must be willing to do background check when required
  • Must have a reliable transportation
