Manpower of Lafayette, IN is seeking qualified Property Maintenance Technicians for a prestigious luxury apartment community on the Southside of Lafayette. These are full time temp to hire positions. High-school diploma/ GED, Criminal background, drug screen, proof of auto insurance, and valid license required.
Job Description:
Experienced Maintenance Technician needed for a large luxury apartment community on the Southside of Lafayette. We are looking for a full-time technician that enjoys a family team. The position does include on-call rotation. Applicants must have experience in apartment turns, electrical, plumbing, and other various maintenance skills. HVAC certification is a plus. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and insurance.
