About this job

This is a PART TIME position and is responsible in assisting and supporting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in meeting the efforts and exceeding revenue goals. In addition, this individual will need to coordinate, communicate and process all Sales related correspondence and contracts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Initiate and maintain a good working relationship with Management, Clients and Prospects.
- Provide good customer service with follow up on any/ all requests on behalf of Clients and Prospects.
- Coordinate and process Guest Fitness Profiles, Contract Agreements, POS Transactions, Credits and all other paperwork associated with completing the sales process.
- Need some one with Good Communication Skills knowing how to and when to close a deal, clean cut and presentable you will be meeting and interacting with clients.
- We will provide training on our products and who to target on sales.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

- Supports and exhibits behavior consistent with the sales and service philosophy.
- Acts with diplomacy as a representative of the club team.
- Performs other related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Computer Skills
- Must be professional in appearance and manner, be multi-task oriented and be able to communicate clearly, comprehensively with complete personal and professional integrity.
- Strong interpersonal, written and organizational skills.
- Self motivated with at least 1-2 years of professional work experience (preferably in the sales advertising field).
- You must have your own transportation.
- Sales experience necessary
- Having experience in the in the Health & Wellness industry a plus.
- Prefer someone located in Bergen County.
