Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 for a prestigious account located in Wilton, CT . In this lead management role, you will direct and participate in all of the daily food contract operations for 1 location. Responsibilities will include: unit financials/budgets, HR functions, marketing, strategic planning, cash management and control, training, customer interaction and supervision of up-to 9 non union employees and 2 Chef Managers.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years lead food management experience, a strong financial acumen, computer literacy as well as excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills. Prior management experience in corporate account would be a plus for this role.
Position Summary
Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
