Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Job Responsibilities: *Client service function to support fraud prevention. *Completes outbound calls to clients to confirm funds transfer requests. *Confirms other administrative requests with clients. *Responds to inquiries from front offices both on the phone and via email. Requirements: *High School Diploma or equivalent. *Customer service experience needed. *Ability to multi-task is essential. *Must have good attention to detail.
