We have a opening for a Medical Customer Service Representatives.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently seeking multiple Medical Customer Service Representatives in the Queensbury, NY area. This is a temp to hire 1st shift opportunity with a growing organization. Pay is up to $12.00 per hour depending upon experience. Responsibilities include answering patient calls and correspondence, troubleshooting issues that patients may have regarding financial matters, contacting insurance carriers via phone and additional responsibilities as assigned. Required qualifications: -Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role -High School Diploma or GED -Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written -Good listening skills -Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to Quality Assurance Standards and HIPAA rules Qualified candidates should submit their resume for immediate consideration.
