This position is located in our retail sales division and is responsible to greet our customers, verify their purchase receipt and assist them with any discrepancies. Position Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
* Verifying customer's receipts of purchase.
* Refer any potential overcharge, undercharge, or miss payment of items to customer service.
General Requirements:
* Applicant must have high school diploma or GED
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Be detail oriented and organized
* Interact with customers in the right way, giving them the assistance they need when they need it
* Handles all situations in the best interest of both the customer and the Company, with a positive and helpful image
