The CLG team includes Home Lending, Consumer Credit Card, Personal Loans and Lines, Direct Auto, Dealer Services, Commercial Auto, Retail Services and Education Financial Services including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses - Human Resources, Finance, Credit Risk, and Compliance & Operational Risk.

Within CLG, the Consumer Financial Services (CFS) new Digital Incubator team leads Wells Fargo's online and mobile credit card acquisition strategy and execution, partnering with product, marketing, credit risk, and loan operations teams to develop new digital card acquisition capabilities and offerings. The Digital Incubator will manage all aspects of digital card acquisition, from lead source prioritization, customer targeting and data measurement & analytics to application origination, underwriting and fulfillment.

The Administrative Assistant 4 will report to the Head of Wells Fargo Consumer Financial Services Digital Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for working with complex, time sensitive and confidential projects and tasks, as well as working with a dynamic and highly engaged team.

Responsibilities include:

Monitor/manage calendars Manage phone calls and selectively referring callers to ensure a best in class customer experience Schedule and coordinate meetings including travel arrangements nationally, with expertise in managing time zone differences, scheduling challenges and local time sensitivities Composing letters, presentations, e-mails and other correspondence as required using appropriate writing styles and proper written etiquette. Responsible for proofreading, editing, and quality control Approve requests for system access as a delegate/proxy Coordinate travel arrangements and provide timely support to managers while they are traveling Assist in the hiring process by arranging interviews and partnering with the Talent Acquisition recruiter Management of agenda and materials for standing team meetings and off sites Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internal databases, and external resources Provide timely review and preparation of expense reports including the P-card approval process Manage invoice processing and submittal to accounts payable Balance and review of general ledgers and expense accounts ensuring accuracy of payments and researching concerns as needed Special projects support (document printing/binding, etc.) The ideal candidate will bring a professional, high energy and multitasking demeanor to a role where working well in collaborative, fact paced environment and attention to detail is valued.

3+ years administrative support experience. Previous experience in a corporate environment Demonstrated experience successfully providing administrative support to senior level managers and teams Creative self-starter with initiative to move projects forward with limited direction Proven ability to integrate information from multiple sources into actionable outcomes Demonstrated resourcefulness, problem solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment Experience building strong work partnerships Expert level communication Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, in a highly organized fashion juggling multiple projects Handling all personal and confidential company materials with sensitivity and discretion Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details Proficiency with Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook Prior experience in supporting managers and team members working in remote offices Proficiency and proven experience managing SharePoint sites Exposure or experience with Visio Experience assisting the onboarding of new team members Experience reviewing and preparing expense reports Previous exposure to innovative or digital segments
