What you'll do
You'll respond to customer inquiries in a call center environment, using a computerized system. You're the front line and
most crucial part to business!
- Provide consumers/patients all benefit information and guidance to make informed decisions
- Assist callers with out of pocket costs, status of orders, requesting refills, enrolling as a new member, updates to credit
card information, make changes to members mailing information, updates to credit card information, make changes to
members' mailing information, refer calls to other assistance such as members mailing information or Pharmacy concerns
(i.e. pill identification, potential mis-fill, questions regarding dosage or drug information)
- Demonstrates an empathetic, caring attitude with members
- You will be trained to be proficient on all computer systems for research
- Accurately document each call or referral
- Effectively escalate issues when necessary
- Provide education and training to members for utilization of website and IVR systems available to them
- Advise management of trends or issues that may impact members
What you'll need
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- At least be 18 years of age
- Possess good communication skills
- Experience in customer service/relations
- Willingness to take initiatives to help others
- Ability to complete multi-week paid training
All Xerox new hires will be required to complete a company standard background check and drug screening
