Position
Statement:



The Digital Content Director will lead the development
and implementation of a corporate digital content strategy to promote and build
the HGV reputation and brand to ensure a seamless and coordinated user experience.
 The role includes direct responsibility
for HGV's enterprise website assets, as well as facilitating consistency in
other company-wide digital content. This position will work closely with the Brand
Services and PR team to ensure accuracy in tone and updated creative content.
Immediate responsibility for management of all aspects of the content development
and maintenance of the Club website



Position
Summary:



The Digital Content Director
will develop and implement external web communication strategies using emerging
digital communication, search, mobile, web and social media tools with a goal
to grow user adoption rates and promote the HGV brand community. The Director
will monitor, assess, and implement appropriate new and emerging technologies
and will oversee, as well as create, the day-to-day writing, editing, and
publication of content across the HGV corporate digital environments.



Specific
responsibilities would include:


  • Creation
    of a web interface strategy
  • Content
    development
  • Selection
    of images and modules in collaboration with Brand Services
  • Updating
    of all content to include improvements based on customer behavior and optimized
    revenue objectives
  • Review
    and integration of content across all HGV websites
  • Social
    Media integration where appropriate
  • Identification
    of learning opportunities based upon completion rates and navigation analysis
  • Daily
    administration of platform to ensure deeper personalization and social media
    intelligence integration
  • Create
    and produce a web platform dashboard
  • Perform
    pre- and post-quality control review on transformed content, by applying
    established standards
  • Engage
    in process improvement to support production, improvement, and delivery of new
    content/CX


What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree
    Required
  • Familiar with XML,
    programming languages
  • Minimum 5 years of
    experience in Corporate digital, social media, or marketing that includes direct
    responsibility for web and social media strategy development, content creation,
    and execution.
  • Experience working
    for large matrix organization
  • Excellent
    communication in interpersonal skills

Preferred
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Integrated
    Communications or Journalism preferred
  • 7-10
    years' experience in corporate digital, social media or marketing that includes
    direct responsibility for web and social media strategy development, content
    creation, and execution.
  • Experience
    working for a global organization
