The Opportunity
 
 
As a Sales Executive with us, you will be selling a lifestyle product to upscale buyers interested in owning a piece of Manhattan at West 57th Street by Hilton Club or The Hilton Club - New York.
 
 
West 57th Street by Hilton Club is the first-ever property in Manhattan built exclusively as a vacation ownership destination. Today, West 57th offers a spectacular urban getaway for discerning travelers from all over the globe. Just a few blocks away is another of our renowned locations, The Hilton Club - New York which is located on three floors of the prestigious New York Hilton Midtown.
 
 
This is an excellent opportunity for strong closers to sell to qualified buyers who are prescreened to attend an appointment-only presentation of our Manhattan properties and the many features and benefits of becoming a Hilton Grand Vacations owner. Sales must be completed on the same day, which requires laser-focused influence and persuasion skills.  All prescreened and prequalified leads are provided to you by the Hilton.

The Qualified Professional
 
 
Some of our top sales professionals come from diverse, high-end businesses such as finance, investments, real estate, jewelry, automotive and personal services. More important, all of our Sales Executives, regardless of background, have the following attributes in common:
 
 
  • Extensive knowledge of and affinity for Manhattan and all it has to offer,
  • Exposure to different cultures and international luxury hotels/resorts as gained through world travel.
  • The sophistication to build rapport with buyers who currently enjoy a luxury lifestyle, as well as those who aspire to that dream.
  • At least two years of direct consumer sales experience in the luxury-tier goods or services sector.
  • A sharp professional image with the ambition and drive to make things happen. 
 
 
Previous timeshare/vacation ownership sales experience is preferred, but not required. Although, you must be able to demonstrate how your previous sales history is relevant and will contribute to your success.
 
 
The ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays) is essential.
College degree a plus.
