Job Responsibilities:
* Work within an empowered team improve the output of our product.
* Utilize production guidelines to produce consistent and high quality products.
* Problem solve machinery issues during mixing, blending and extrusion operations.
* Consistently participate in the Associate suggestion programs.
* Willingness to self-manage an individual advancement plan (Sylvin's CareerTrak).
