FOOD SERVICES REP III - MPH FOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICES_PT-2nd Shift

The Food Service Representative III provides food service to patients, guests or customers. Assists paients with menu selection according to preferences and diet restrictions. Provide daily interaction with patients to ensure a high quality patient experience. May provide coverage in the absence of the Food Service Coordinator. Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment. May prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays or catering events and peform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas. Recieves and stores food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles and assists with inventory management. Acts as a liasion between, patients, guests, physicians, other hospital personnel and Food and Nutrition Services. Provides training of new team members. Certifications and Licensures Preferred Food Handler

Education Preferred High School or Equivalent

Experience Required 6 months Food Services
