Hotel Evening Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The Four Points by Sheraton Richmond Airport hotel is currently looking to fill the position of Hotel Evening Manager. This individual will assist in managing the hotel’s overall operation, maintain quality standards and ensure guest satisfaction during the General Manager’s absence. The ideal candidate will understand the general operation of each department within the hotel, provide assistance when needed, resolve guest issues in a positive manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction. The Evening Manager will be able to instruct, direct and take control in emergency situations while providing a professional image at all times, through appearance and dress. Candidates will be required to work nights, weekends and holidays and work in a fast paced environment. This person will need to be able to speak and write clearly, use good judgment and make sound business decisions. Prior hotel experience is required.
