Silver Star Brands, is now hiring for YEAR ROUND PART TIME positions in our Call Center! Part Time positions are benefits eligible; Medical, Dental, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401K & PTO just to name a few!
Our Call Center is in operation from 6am - 1am - hours are flexible with 25 hour availability and weekend requirements being met These positions will earn $11.11 per hour.
Telephone Sales Representatives handle incoming sales and status calls for multiple catalogs. TSRs provide customers with a complete shopping experience, maintaining product knowledge and offering upsell and cross sell items. This position is for individuals with solid communication skills and excellent customer focus.
Major Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Manage attendance and schedule adherence.
* Answer inbound customer calls to generate orders.
* Process catalog requests and status calls.
* Provide World Class customer support.
* Meet acceptable quality and productivity standards.
* Responsible for knowledge of products, call scripting and information contained in each catalog.
* Adhere to Call Center metrics which include offering BUMPs, AIM, Affinian and Cross Sells
* Ensure proper use of KRONOS, Impact 360, Email and other on-line tools.
* Use KIXS methods and processes
* Attend product or training meetings as required.
* Maintain positive working relationship with all internal and external customers.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
