Staffmark is currently hiring TEN Mortgage Customer Service Representatives for a long term contract position in the Westlake, TX area and we'd love to hear from YOU!
We are looking for individuals with recent call center experience who have worked with or are familiar with mortgage loans. Must be able to travel to the Westlake, TX area, start work in the next 1-2 weeks, have stable work history, and communicate effectively and professionally over the phone and email.
* Hours are 11am-8pm, Must be able to work some Saturdays.
* Pay is $13.00/hour and is non-negotiable.
Resume will be submitted for review and if interested, the manager will set up a quick 30 minute in-person interview. Must be able to interview with 24 hour notice.

Mortgage Customer Service- Call Center Overview
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment taking high-volume, inbound calls, preferably in the mortgage industry.
- Will perform inbound/outbound customer service calls assisting customers with tax questions related to thier mortgage and home.
- Receive, respond to and process customer telephone inquires regarding mortgage real estate issues in a high volume call center.
- Handle approximately 60+ calls on average daily.
- Interacts with internal and external sources, along with staff and management in an effective and supportive manner to maintain a positive working relationship, promoting teamwork and a strong customer service experience.
- Will need to develop thorough knowledge of departmental functions, procedures, and resources in order to provide accurate information to customers.
