Recruiting Specialist III needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Oklahoma City, OK.
What You'll Be Doing:
- End to end recruiting process coordination, partnering with hiring organizations and candidates
- Managing high-touch relationships and recruiting across multiple disciplines
- Partner with recruiting team to contribute to effective recruiting strategies to find applicants
- Proactively search external resume databases using extensive web sourcing methods, including Boolean search strings in internal databases, such as a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) environment
- Experience using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (i.e. Avature, Sourcepoint, etc.)
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Six (6) or more years' related work experience
- Experience recruiting Engineers
- Full Lifecycle Recruiter (requisition/applicant management to offer/hire
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Taleo, a plus)
- Experience building Boolean search strings
- Knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirements (preferred)
