About the Position

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is seeking a UI Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development of new features to power the next generation of our content creation and management tools. You will work closely with product managers and UX designers to define future product requirements and implement these requirements following our Agile development process.

As a member of the Marketing Cloud development team, you will join a group of designers and developers who are experts in rich user-interface development and web application development using JavaScript-based services and frameworks. You will employ industry-standard design patterns and solid web architecture and design skills to build highly available, high-performing content creation and management tools.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in CS

Experience on software development teams and an understanding of the full software development.

Learn quickly and be productive in a highly collaborative, lightning-fast environment

Communicate clearly & accurately, including participating fully in agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and standup meetings.

Full cycle of JavaScript front-end development. Includes deep understanding of HTML/CSS, JSON, object-oriented JavaScript, and common JavaScript libraries.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Agile Scrum teams

You take pride in writing unobtrusive JavaScript with modularity, scalability, and extensibility in mind

You have experience with jQuery, Bootstrap, RequireJS, Backbone, Node.js, and Underscore.
