As the SSO Specialist, this role will provide technical and strategic leadership to PepsiCo's engineering organization responsible for CA's SiteMinder Single Sign-On (SSO) solution.
This is an enterprise facing role with global responsibilities.
Leadership accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Enable and support Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities for 140+ Global Applications/Systems including SAP and other key applications\systems
Drive onboarding of new integrations to SSO
Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting support for issues across CA technologies including CA SiteMinder Policy Servers, CA SiteMinder Login Servers, Agents on various Web & Application Servers, ERP Connectors and Identity Federations in a highly complex integration environment.
Own all SiteMinder authentication patterns (existing and new) across various technologies and business systems.
Act as Subject Matter Expert to support PepsiCo's extremely complicated SSO environment and SAML/Federated implementations.
Drive technical leadership to other SSO team members.
Deliver SiteMinder Integration and Architecture guidance to application and system teams.
Develop SSO solution in compliance with security policies and audits
Monitor key metrics to understand use of SSO environment and determine any potential intrusion
Qualifications:
Bachelors or degree in Information Technology ( or a related discipline) or relevant work experience
8+ years of experience of information security experience with CA SiteMinder or equivalent technologies
8+ years of experience in CA SiteMinder SSO or equivalent technologies and Federation Services (SAML and ADFS)
8+ years of experience in CA SiteMinder or equivalent technology configuration/setup and integration for complex environments
8+ years of experience with troubleshooting issues with Single Sign On solutions, and WebSphere TAI, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, and SAP agents
4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
Infrastructure experience with supporting Single Sign On solution on Linux platform
Demonstrated experience with all phases of the system development lifecycle at an enterprise level
Demonstrated project leadership experience handling multiple work-streams simultaneously
Demonstrated track record as a team player
Strong oral and written communication skills
