POSITION PURPOSE:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving as the single point of contact on a day to day basis for all internal and external customers by utilizing an in depth knowledge of company products and services as well as fostering strong customer relationships to increase customer retention and drive growth for the business. This is a temp to hire position - ideal for someone who is currently NOT employed.
Hours: 10am-6:30pm (4x a week) & 9am-4pm (Saturday)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow established processes and systems to ensure company standards are met or exceeded for every customer contact
Demonstrate 100% follow through in every commitment
Effectively present and discuss the products, promotions and services that contribute to the growth of the company
Properly document customer complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution
Support strategic sales plans and marketing strategies
Communicate effectively with General Manager, Sales Team and other team members regularly updating them to guarantee that customer expectations are met and any problems or issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner
Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements; provide a welcoming and positive experience for customers via regular inbound and outbound phone contact
Regularly attend and participate in team meetings
Other duties as directed by Manager
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent. College course work preferred.
Minimum of two years of Customer Service or Sales experience
Exceptional Communication skills; practices active listening with a strong command of the English language in both written and oral forms
Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
Keyboarding skills with demonstrated ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm.
Familiar and knowledgeable with MS Office a plus
Hourly salary: $12.00 - $14.00 contingent upon prior experience
