FOOD AND NUTRITION CLERK - MDH FOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICES_PRN-Shift Varies

The Food Services Clerk collects and processes data received through nursing, patient or family member, verbally or in writing, Processes diet orders, patient menus, nourishments and other requests, Maintains records for Kardex and patient nutritional care, Assists with patient meals and other duties as assigned.

PREFERED EDUCATION: High School or Equivalent

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: One year food service,

One year call center

One year customer service

One year healthcare

PREFERRED CERTIFICATION: Food Handler certification
