Providence is calling an Administrative Assistant III to St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, MT.
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys customer interactions and multi-tasking to provide project coordination and support.
In this position you will:
Answer the telephone, open and distribute mail, enter data and assist customers and employees as needed.
Plan and organize daily activities while providing general clerical support.
Receive incoming patients and process patient information and records. Report to two different directors.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Three (3) to five (5) years experience as a secretary. Excellent file management skills. Excellent transcription and word processing skills.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or GED. Long term commitment in this position. College degree or one (1) to two (2) years of business school with emphasis on secretarial skills and office work. Experience with Microsoft applications. (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access, Visio).
Experience with lean, process mapping and meeting facilitation.
