SAP Accounting Specialist

Daily support of the SAP Financial and Controlling modules. Oversees the common chart of accounts and propose necessary modifications as a result of business changes and governance requirements. Administer business areas, profit centers and cost centers. Maintain SAP hierarchies, financial reports and the related sets to facilitate accurate reporting. Author change request documentation and facilitate the implementation of system changes. Update FI/CO master data as required. SAP Security coordinator for the FI module. Mentor users and teammates on FI/CO functionality. Play a key role in enabling users to be self-sufficient in their use of the FI/CO modules High level of technical experience with the SAP FI/CO modules. Understanding of accounting and financial reporting performed in a business unit setting and corporate finance organization. Detailed oriented, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Provide support and perform assigned administrative functions in finance departments. High level of technical experience with the SAP FI/CO modules.
