About this job
Assist Project Manager and/or Estimator with administrative functions to maintain a structured document control.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
* Document preparation and distribution of Contracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Check Requests
* Create and maintain logs for Contracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, RFI's PCCO's and COR logs, Submittal logs and other logs as required for the project
* Track insurance, NTO, releases from all Subcontractors and General Contractors
* Create and prepare reports and memos as necessary
* Maintain the incoming and outgoing of document distribution via fax, e-mail, mail or Federal Express
* Customer Service
* Plan Updating
* Manage construction directives.
* Schedule inspections, and material deliveries
* Process permitting documents through the city
