A Zing Zap Cleaning Service LLC is seeking organized and detail-oriented employees to join our team. You must be passionate about this type of work - WE LOVE TO CLEAN! No experience necessary. Weekend work not required, but may be available from time to time.
We are a growing cleaning company looking for clean cut, hardworking, self-motivated people, who like being happy with positive attitudes, have a strong desire to communicate great customer service and make people happy. Also on the lookout for the learning employee who is eager to advance and assume greater responsibility while being part of a team. We will train a reliable and trustworthy employee to become a great cleaner! We like to have fun, and want our employees to know that they are appreciated, every day! We pride ourselves on offering multiple skills: Carpet cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, make-ready cleaning, windows, home organization, and other special projects may be taught depending on aptitude and teachability shown on the job.
Your training period is 2-3 weeks and is paid at $9.00 per hour. After training, cleaners average an hourly rate of $10-$12 per hour by 6 months of continuous employment. All equipment and supplies are provided by us.
Our service areas include: South Lake and West Orange Counties: Minneola, Clermont, Groveland, Montverde, Eustis, Tavares, Mount Dora, Howey-In-The-Hills, Leesburg, Mascotte, Oakland, Sugarloaf Mountain, Winter Garden, Windermere. You MUST be willing to travel to all of these areas. Position is for Part Time to Full Time Hours as needed.
Position Skills Set/Requirements
Janitorial Schedule:
Monday thru Friday - Various shifts (can start as late as 6:30 pm and end work by 11:00 pm). Some day cleaning is also available.
Residential Schedule:
Monday thru Friday - Flexible shifts - perfect for students and stay-at-home moms.
Job Specific Duties:
Dusting
Vacuuming
Sweeping
Mopping
Collecting and Removing Trash
Cleaning Restrooms
Company Requirements:
MUST have reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
MUST have valid driver license
PASS background check/Drug screen
MUST PASS a national criminal background check
MUST have verifiable personal and work history references
MUST be able to speak, read, and write English
MUST report to work on time every day
MUST work in a safe manner at all times
MUST be pet friendly (no animals encountered for janitorial work)
MUST possess a mobile phone (for text and voice)
MUST be able to receive email messages
Residential cleaner training for annual certifications (owner paid)
At least 18 years of age
High energy, good physical condition, and be able to kneel, squat, bend without difficulty
