2nd Shift Laborers Needed in Essex

We have a opening for a 2nd Shift Laborers Needed in Essex.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Company in Essex that produces tiny microchips used in passport cards and enhanced drivers' licenses is looking for some general laborers. Associates will be responsible for moving sheets from the printer, inspecting the product to ensure quality of the chips, packing the chips for transport and building/breaking down boxes. Candidates with machine operator experience are preferred, as well as mechanically inclined candidates. Minimum requirements: 1. Ability to lift 35 lbs- average lifting is less than 20lb 2. Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts 3. Ability to reliably report to work for every assigned shift 4. Ability to work as part of a team of diverse individuals 5. Ability to take initiative 6. Ability to avoid dramatic situations with coworkers 7. Ability to pass a background check (7 years- no felonies or misdemeanors), credit check and drug screen (10 panel) after position is offered. 8. Must have a HS diploma or equivalent 2nd Shift, M-F: 3:00pm-11:00pm The position will start as temporary for at least a few months with the possibility of going longer. Permanent placement MAY be considered for the right associates.
