Opening Shift Supervisor (of Culinary Arts) who has availability from 7:30 am to 3 pm (Mon-Sat). 

Job Summary:

Manages the team and store operations with a focus on total customer satisfaction. The supervisor anticipates the needs of customers and employees, trains the Bowlistas and organizes store opening and closing duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manages team and store operations with a focus on delighting guests, sales growth, maximizing profit
• Masters all positions, including everything in the Bowlista Job Summary
• Great customers with exceptional customer service
• Trains and inspire team for success
• Maintains store OSHA awareness and records
• Completes opening and closing checklist items
• Manages staffing levels to achieve labor standards as percentage of sales
• Enters payroll hours
• Manages Inventory levels and product rotation to assure quality product and customer satisfaction
• Manages cash for day
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems
• Ability to develop and communicate marketing strategies to increase business with consumers and businesses (catering).

Requirements

• One year of customer service in retail environment or restaurant experience required.
• Demonstrate the growth of increased responsibilities in work experience and passion to learn new things
• Available to work 25-40 hours/week. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including some weekends and holidays. Able to lift 40 lbs.
