Requirements:
4 year Bachelors Degree
1-2 years of customer service experience in fast paced/ high volume based environment
Technical/ IT experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Reps will be answering incoming calls and emails, handling a broad range of requests, resolving inquiries related to all supported products, and placing outbound calls to customers as needed. Associates are responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting their expectations in a timely manner.
To promote a positive work environment and to know and support company/departmental policies and procedures.
* Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to questions about supported products, specific returns, processes, and other products or services
* Ability to deal tactfully with customers/co-workers.
