Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team and manage multiple commercial construction projects. Individual will be responsible for overarching project management, personnel management, budgeting, materials, and ensuring the projects are running on time and on budget.

• Individual should have 3+ years of varied commercial construction project management experience (mixed use, retail/big box, etc.)
• Individual should have strong client, owner and sub-contractor interfacing experience.
• Individual will be expected to travel, ocassionally overnight to project sites around the region.
• Individual should have strong computer skills.
