The Company:

This client is an alternative funding partner that assists it clients in securing of capital available to small and medium-size businesses (SMBs). They apply their vast knowledge of the cash advance business in order to provide the best service and quickest funding solutions to business. This person will be gathering financial data like bank statements, credit card receipts and liens and add them to the system. Will need to make sure all data is complete and accurate to that the underwriters can then assess this data to make loan decisions. The position is heavy data entry driven.

The Opportunity:

The opportunity for the right candidate is to join our origination's operations team as an Intake Specialist. This individual will have a primary focus on data entry and analyzing banking and credit card processing statements for our inbound applications. The role objective is to apply our risk guidelines to each application, enter key data points accurately into our system of record, and generally organize supporting documentation to enable our underwriting process.

Qualifications (Required)

  • Able to type a minimum of 45 WPM
  • Data entry related experience
  • Excellent organizational abilities; multi-tasking; prioritization; time management
  • Takes initiative; requires minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, email and internet based applications
  • Need people that are good workers that want to work hard and take initiative
  • Quick learner

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
